It is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle - one of the oldest outstanding breeds of cattle - and grained fed for 150 days. This allows for a perfectly 4/5 marbled that is juicy tender and brimming with flavour. Can be compared to American Prime grade beef but with higher marbling!
